Hi! I’m Jennifer, a speech-language pathologist and child development expert based in New York City. I hold an Advanced DIRFloortime® certification and am trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, as well as Hanen’s More Than Words parent program.
I refer to myself as a curator instead of just a speech pathologist, because I have absolutely loved compiling resource guides for the families I’ve worked with in both the school and home settings. I took to Substack in order to share those same ideas with a wider range of people—hopefully one of those people is you.
My goal is to empower your caregiving with practical strategies for nurturing successful language emergence while helping you promote Learning in the Real World. Admittedly, I also love to shop, so every once in a while I may tell you what I think you should Add to Cart.
The result? A happy childhood, curated for you and your family.
